Concept Map

One of the primary differences I see between my concept map and those of my peers is that I’ve combined the different models into a single process and included the cast of characters from the Bates Model. As I viewed the models presented in the reading, what stood out for me was the similarities between them all.

The strength of my map is the fact that the yellow circles summarize the process that any organization goes through when developing training. It is training as a problem solving process.

One improvement I see is that the map could have been broken up into a dynamically linking document in order to increase the readability of the final product.
